Many antibiotics ( streptomycin, etc..) and some other medications can cause hearing loss. In case of occurrence of complaints of dizziness and tinnitus with the use of any medication, you need to inform your doctor immediately. If there is a hearing loss, early discontinuation of the drug prevents permanent hearing loss from occurring.
